As first time home buyers during a pandemic and sellers market, we were feeling deflated. She was extremely patient with us and guided us in the process. She was ALWAYS available to answer any of our questions, and was extremely quick at responding— which these days is unheard of. Due to her connections she was able to show us our home before it was on the market…We had no idea what it looked like before we saw our home, but when we walked in we were in awe— she knew it was our home and fought for it with us! Minette genuinely gave us the perfect advice. There were 14 offers on our home and if it wasn’t for her knowledge we would not have gotten it.
